• Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchange Options: You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the original item.
  3. After inspection, we will ship your replacement item.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error or a defective item on our part.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized, custom-made, or clearance sale items cannot be exchanged.
