    • Personalized, custom-made, or clearance sale items are non-refundable.

    2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

    3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refund Process:

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
