Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item, we offer an easy exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Request is made within 14 days of the delivery date (as shown on the tracking record).
Product is not a custom or personalized item.
Exchange Process:
Email us at info@getvarsityjackets.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement item.
Important Notes:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Size exchanges depend on availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized jackets with name or logo embroidery.
Final sale or clearance items.
